1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GetMyPG (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

GetMyPG is a discovery platform that helps renters find paying-guest accommodations across India and helps PG owners reach renters directly. We are not a real estate agent or rental marketplace - we do not handle bookings, deposits, or payments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GetMyPG. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use GetMyPG only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Scrape, copy, or republish listings without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any owner, renter, or other user.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its admin areas, or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications.

5. Listings and content

Listings on GetMyPG are provided for informational purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. See our Disclaimer for full details. PG owners who submit listings warrant that they have the right to list the property and that the information they provide is accurate.

6. Bookmarks

Bookmarks are saved locally in your browser via localStorage. They never leave your device unless you choose to share them. Clearing your browser storage will remove your bookmarks.

7. Owner listings

Listing on GetMyPG is currently free for owners. We may, at our discretion, introduce paid features for premium placement, analytics, or messaging tools - these will always be opt-in. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or our editorial standards.

8. Intellectual property

All site design, copy, logos, and code are owned by GetMyPG or our licensors. Listing content (photos, videos, descriptions) is owned by the respective PG owner or the third-party platform (Instagram, YouTube) it is embedded from. You may not copy, modify, or republish site content without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetMyPG and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, your dealings with PG owners, or your stay at any property. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed ₹1,000.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold GetMyPG harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
