No endorsement

A listing on GetMyPG does not represent an endorsement, certification, or recommendation by us. The "verified" badge means we confirmed contact details and basic facts within the last 30 days; it is not a guarantee of property condition, hygiene, safety, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Direct dealings with owners

All bookings, payments, deposits, agreements, and stays are arranged directly between you and the PG owner or operator. GetMyPG is not a party to those arrangements and is not responsible for any disputes, losses, damages, or injuries arising from your dealings with an owner or your stay at any property.

If you encounter a fraudulent listing, an incorrect phone number, or content that should not be on the platform, please report it via our contact page and we will investigate.
